1. Plan. Share your device list and the window available, for example a holiday period.
2. Prepare. Remove devices from management and sign out of accounts where possible.
3. Collect or attend. Collection from each site, or wiping on your premises.
4. Erase and verify. Each device is wiped and the result recorded by serial number and asset tag.
5. Report. One certificate and report for the whole project, with reuse or recycling arranged where appropriate.
