Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Data on Devices We Wipe

Equipment sent for wiping may contain personal data belonging to you or your customers, staff or patients. We do not access, copy or keep the contents of devices. Our process is to erase that data and record the result. Where any handling of that data is necessary for the service, we act on your documented instructions as a processor, and the terms of our agreement with you apply. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with:

  • Professional advisers, insurers and regulators where required

We require our providers to protect personal data and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we take steps so that your information remains protected, for example by using providers in countries with UK adequacy regulations or by using approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email where you can use a safer route, and contact us if you are unsure.
